SHIPPING POLICY
How much will it be to ship my painting?
Continental US Shipping ranges from $20-$150 for pieces up to 40” on one side.
Shipping small paintings: Continental US Shipping: Anything under 40 inches, give or take (we work on a case by case basis sometimes, depending on where you live and the exact proportions of the artwork in question) ships UPS or USPS. Small pieces have flat rate shipping from $20-$50. I will give you a shipping quote once I have your shipping information.
Shipping large paintings: Continental US Shipping: For paintings measuring over 40”, will ship via UPS. Please contact me for a quote.
International customers: International customers will receive a separate invoice for the shipping cost. Please contact me before purchasing if you would like to know this additional cost. Please note: International VAT/Duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
LOCAL PICK UP NOTE: If you live in the greater Portland, OR area and would like to pick up your purchase in person, please use code FREESHIP to take off shipping costs, and indicate this in the Notes section of the purchasing process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, or Craters & Freighters).
Return policy for original paintings: All original artwork sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on original artwork.
If your print arrives damaged in any way, please email lesley.painter@gmail.com, and a replacement will be sent to you immediately.
